Our rental mobile home program is designed to serve the needs of landlords who rent mobile homes to others. Here are a few highlights of the program:

Eligibility	In addition to providing coverage for mobile homes that are rented to others, this program also takes commercial mobile homes, rental/commercial travel trailers, animal trailers and utility trailers.
Underwriting	We take all kinds of mobile homes - any age, in or out of park, single-wide, double-wide, high value, lower value … you name it, we'll probably take it!
Agreed Loss Provision	In the event of a covered total loss to the mobile home, your claim will be settled for the full amount of insurance shown in the policy, less any applicable deductible.
Comprehensive Coverage	We offer optional comprehensive coverage on your home.
Deductible options(not all deductibles available in all states)	We deductible options of $100, $250, $500 and $1000.Another deductible benefit with this program is that there is a cap of 5 in Texas: Regardless of the number of mobile homes insured on one policy, you will pay a maximum of 10 deductibles per insured event.
Premises Liability	Unlike many of our competitor's rental programs, we offer Premises Liability Coverage
Scheduling	We offer our landlord customers the option of scheduling multiple units on one policy - that means less paperwork and less confusion!
